In an era of globalization, youth from across the world come to study at Tsinghua University. As they shoulder greater global responsibilities after graduation, a wider global vision becomes increasingly important. The 45th iTalk invites graduate students from different countries and programs to share their thoughts and experiences related to international relations and global affairs.
The 2022 Gala Night is going to provide its audience with an audio-visual feast. There are 14 programs altogether, from singing, dancing, to magic shows, we have them all! Besides that, there will be a prize-awarding section to grant honors to students for their outstanding contributions to international student affairs.

On the 29th September, Peru’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, His Excellency Mr. Luis Quesada visited Tsinghua University, and attended the 12th “Vision in Tsinghua, Dialogue with Ambassadors” event hosted by Prof. CHEN Taotao, Director of Latin America Center, Professor of School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University.

The Science Building, located southwest of the Auditorium, faces the Tong Fang Hall or the Tsinghua Xuetang. The red-brick rectangular three-story structure was designed by a famous American architect, Henry Killam Murphy, and its construction was completed in 1919. It has a reinforced concrete design, covering a total area of 3,550 square meters.
At 9:00am Beijing time on June 28th, Tsinghua Global Summer School 2021 (GSS 2021) officially kicked off. 1,035 outstanding young students from over 151 universities in 96 different countries and regions gathered together on the “cloud” for the opening ceremony. Tsinghua University Vice President and Provost, Yang Bin, delivered a welcome address, and Ms. Beate Trankmann, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Resident Representative in China also attended online and gave opening remarks.
