3. Important points to note:

Before receiving medical treatment, first call 4008105119, extension 1, to check the details of medical service coverage.

Proof, documentation, and certificates of accidents must be provided as evidence (for example a traffic accident certification issued by the relevant transport office).

When providing bank details, the bank account name, account number and banking branch that the account was opened at must be provided.
